To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers. The integration enables mutual clients to manage the employment screening process from within the Oracle Taleo Business Edition Cloud Service environment. With a single click, clients can initiate employment background checks, allow candidates to electronically sign disclosure and authorization forms, eliminate duplicate data entry, and view report status and completed reports.
