Frasco® Profiles is a founding member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and operates in compliance with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and all applicable state consumer reporting laws and industry regulations. Executive team members are also long-time members of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and other human resources and background screening industry associations.
