E-Verify Releases New Case Enhancements

March 24, 2022

The E-Verify system is improving its user experience by providing more case processing options.  Client users may now close a case from the document upload page in the E-Verify system by selecting one of these options:

  • The information entered was not correct;
  • The employee voluntarily quit working for the employer; or
  • Other (full explanation required in text box)

Additionally, E-Verify added a requirement to download the “Further Action Notice” before referring a case.  This change will ensure E-Verify users are properly processing Tentative Non-confirmation cases.
